Black Building, Cihampelas Bandung
The futuristic architecture design of this project was originally subject of many discussions amongst several parties involved in the project and was assessed as being “very difficult to do”. The selection of material to use was an issue for some time prior to the introduction of the M System.
M System took the challenge and was able to overcome the problem of the irregular surface. Furthermore, the odd shape walls were such that they had to be self supporting throughout the whole structure with the main structure to support at designated areas only.
